He has become a sought-after advisor in the areas of organization design and development, global HR, and talent management. He has advised CEOs, Divisional Presidents, and their teams to deliver performance improvement, increased capability, and large organizational change initiatives including M&A diligence and integration, divestitures, business segmentations, restructuring, and global technology deployment.

Additionally, served seven years as Human Resource Development faculty at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
  • Brandon earned a M.S. in Training & Development and a B.S. in General Studies (Engineering | Art | Social Sciences) from Oakland University. He holds talent assessment & development certifications including DDI Master Trainer, Hogan, CCL and Birkman Assessment Practitioner. He is also a facilitator and student of improvement methodologies including Lean, Theory of Constraints and 8020.
